I don’t usually write about blogging itself. I am a blogger, but the “blogging about blogging” space is very crowded. I do want to share with you what I feel is the best WP theme you can get.
It’s called Socrates, and I use it myself. Socrates is great for a lot of reasons, and based on your blogging goals, can help you reach them with minimal effort. Here is a short list of what makes Socrates so great.
1. No technical knowledge required
I am a writer. So all the programming and design that goes into blogging really doesn’t interest me all that much. Socrates makes it easy to get a site up, and start producing content right away.
2. If monetization is your goal, it couldn’t be easier
There is not a theme out there that makes AdSense easier to use. If you are a click bank affiliate, there is also a very simple process for getting that done as well. Plain and simple, if you want to make money with your blog, Socrates is the best WP theme you can get.
3. Unlimited customization
There is not a theme out there that you cannot customize, but unless you have a good knowledge of HTML, CSS, and or PHP, this is not possible. I prefer to spend my time producing content and interacting with my readers. With this theme I can do just that.
You have so many choices out there when deciding to get into blogging, that they can overwhelm and discourage you. You make it much easier on yourself by choosing the right theme. All of these reasons, and more, are why I think Socrates is the best WP theme money can buy.
